Use Kunena user profile together with other profiles

If you use the profiles of other extensions (Community Builder, JomSocial), exists the problem, that all profile links linked into the profile of this extension. So it’s not possible, edit the Kunena profile, about to add signatures or other infos such as location etc… To nevertheless to edit the profile you need a new Kunena menu item.

Edit Kunena Profile if JomSocial or CommunityBuilder is active

First go in backend to Menus -> Kunena menu and click on New

1. Select Kunena Menu Item Type = Edit User
2. Enter a Menu Title
3. Select Parent Item = Forum
4. Change access to Registered

After Save you have a new menu item (tab) in the forum and you can edit the Kunena profile too.
